What information do you need to prepare a proposal?

The type of event, approximate dates, number of attendees and the objective are enough to get started. If you add an indicative budget, whether accommodation is needed and where attendees are travelling from, the proposal will be more precise.

Is there a charge for the proposal?

No. The first proposal and the initial venue visits are free and carry no obligation.

Where are you based?

MC Group has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, London, Puebla and Mexico City. In Madrid we have dedicated staff and event planners. We work across the whole city and in nearby destinations, and hold project meetings in person, by appointment, or by video call.
