Events we have organised in Madrid
The MC Group team has organised more than 100 corporate events in Madrid, with dedicated staff and event planners in the city. Here are five of them, each with a full case study:
- Edenred, Christmas dinner with video mapping at Espacio Harley (2018). We projected the mapping onto the tables themselves, turning every plate and tablecloth into a screen. View case.
- Edenred, Edenrock Music Fest at Hard Rock Cafe Madrid (2019). The Christmas dinner became a rock festival, with a live band and employees going on stage to sing. View case.
- Lindt, the Madrid stop of its brand roadshow (2019). A venue dressed in the brand's identity and a hands-on experience in chef's jackets and hats. View case.
- Beso, 10th anniversary party at Florida Park (2022). A staged entrance, cocktails, a show and a party inside Retiro Park. View case.
- Provital, natural cosmetics workshop in a Madrid penthouse (2024). Talks, hands-on sessions, food and networking for 75 industry professionals. View case.

What you will find in each case study
Each case study follows the same structure: the challenge the client set us, what the team did and what the client got. We always state the city, venue, date and format. Where the number of attendees is on record, we give it; where it is not, we do not make it up. The idea is that you can compare it with your own project and see how we work before you request a proposal.
Group case studies in other cities
MC Group has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, London, Puebla and Mexico City. Alongside what we organise in Madrid, the group has produced projects in Barcelona, Sitges and other parts of Catalonia. We include them with their real city because they show formats we also run in Madrid.
Congresses and conferences
For Establishment Labs, the team organised the international medical congress WSEI in Barcelona: three days of scientific programme with a reception at the Llotja de Mar and a gala dinner at the Drassanes Reials. For Gurobi it produced the Gurobi Live meeting in Barcelona, and for Frontify the Paradigms branding conference, also in Barcelona. In Madrid, this work falls under our congress organisation service.
Trade show events
Trade show weeks are a speciality of the group. Every year the team produces brand events in Barcelona for Logitech, Microsoft and Yealink during ISE and MWC: partner dinners, VIP receptions and channel meetings. It has also produced events for Provital during In-Cosmetics and for Meliá with the IBTM Hosted Buyers, both in Barcelona. Conventions, incentives and galas
The team's conventions include Edenred's E-Day in Sitges and Kave Home's 40th anniversary at its factory in Tordera, in the province of Barcelona. Its incentives include Meliá's Members Fest in Barcelona. Its galas include Noatum's 60th anniversary at the MNAC and Esteve's dinner at the Torre de Collserola, both in Barcelona.
