It is a 74-bedroom boutique hotel with French-inspired interiors, in an early 20th-century building entered straight from Gran Vía. It is not a convention hotel: its strengths are location and scale. It suits committee meetings, board meetings, one-day training sessions and small-group incentive trips that want everything within walking distance: Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Barrio de las Letras and the museums.

The address is Gran Vía 22, next to Gran Vía metro station on lines 1 and 5. According to the Madrid Convention Bureau, Atocha station is 2 km away and Madrid-Barajas airport 12 km. From Atocha or Chamartín you can get there by metro or Cercanías commuter train with one change, or by taxi in a few minutes, traffic permitting.

- Fit the format to the room. In rooms of this size, screens or monitors work better than projection with tall staging.
- Split across the rooms. With three rooms of graded sizes, you can hold the plenary in Goya and breakouts in Velázquez and Murillo.
- Plan arrivals. Gran Vía carries heavy traffic: if you arrive by coach, agree the drop-off point well in advance.
