What events does the Occidental Aranjuez suit?
It is a hotel designed so that the group never has to move: meeting rooms, bedrooms, catering, spa and sport on one site, less than an hour from Madrid. That makes it well suited to one or two-day conventions with an overnight stay, sales meetings with parallel workshops and short incentive trips that mix work and downtime.

The Jardines de Aranjuez ballroom divides into six 120 m² sections (Parterre, Príncipe, Primavera, La Isla, Jardincillos and Oñate), which makes it easy to go from plenary to workshops without changing space. There is also a 363 m² Terraza Salones for breaks and receptions, a convertible bedroom and a Business room for small meetings.
Getting there
The address is Plaza de la Unesco 2, Aranjuez. According to the hotel, Atocha station is 44.5 km away and the airport 60 km. For large groups the usual option is a coach from Madrid; Aranjuez is also linked to Atocha by Cercanías commuter train. The hotel has paid indoor parking with electric car charging points.
Production tips
- Plan around the partitioned rooms. Build the agenda so that striking the plenary and setting the workshops happens during the terrace break.
- Use the spa as a reward. A free block for the spa or padel works well as a treat on an incentive.
- Check the season. The outdoor pool only opens in the summer season, so confirm with the hotel if you want it in the programme.
- Add Aranjuez itself. The Royal Palace and its gardens are a few minutes away for a guided visit.
