What events does the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid suit?
It is a hotel with a very strong identity: music, contemporary design and spaces made for socialising rather than sitting in a room for eight hours. That is why it works well for small-scale product launches, client drinks receptions, private dinners and incentive nights with music. For working meetings it has small rooms, useful as a complement.

The RT60 rooftop is an open-air space on the eighth floor with views over the city. Sessions works for business lunches and groups, and the Green Room for coffee breaks, meetings, cocktail workshops or private dinners. The Rock Star Suite is a suite with its own terrace that can host very small gatherings.
Getting there
The address is Ronda de Atocha 17. According to the hotel, Atocha station is 700 metres away, about 10 minutes on foot, and the Reina Sofía museum is right opposite. Madrid-Barajas airport is about 20 km away, around 20 minutes by car depending on traffic.
Production tips
- Think vertically. A reception in the lobby bar, dinner in Sessions and a final drink on the rooftop: three settings without leaving the building.
- Have a plan B for the rooftop. It is an outdoor space, so in cold or wet months, book an indoor alternative.
- Use the music. The brand has a natural link with live music, so a live act fits here without forcing the concept.
