The hotel's website puts the maximum for Medinaceli and Espacio Palace at 500 guests: use that figure as a reference and confirm capacity against the floor plan for your set-up. Under the 1912 glass dome, restored during the refurbishment, is La Cúpula, the hotel's restaurant and bar. The hotel has 470 bedrooms.

The address is Plaza de las Cortes 7, next to the Paseo del Prado and opposite the Spanish Parliament (Congreso de los Diputados). The nearest metro station is Banco de España. Atocha, with high-speed trains, is 1 km away, and the airport about 13 km by road.
