What is Galería Canalejas?
It is the retail space of the Canalejas complex, which occupies seven restored historic buildings between Sol and Alcalá, keeping facades, a skylight and the vaults of former 19th-century banks. It brings together luxury brands, a personal shopper service and its own cultural programme, and opens its Private Lounge to meetings and private events. It is part of the Marca Condal venue selection in Madrid (Marca Condal is a company in our group).
We suggest it for premium brand product launches, client drinks receptions, small private gatherings and as a stop on an incentive programme in the city centre.

The gallery does not publish capacities by format. We agree layouts and guest numbers with its team on every enquiry. In 2026 the former food hall on the lower floor is being converted into a wellness space, so it is worth confirming which catering options are available on your date.
Getting there
The address is Plaza de Canalejas 1. Sol (metro and Cercanías) is a couple of minutes' walk away, and Sevilla (line 2) is on the same street, Calle de Alcalá. The airport is about 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. For groups arriving by coach, the drop-off point needs to be agreed, because the area around Sol has traffic restrictions.
Production tips
- A working gallery. The gallery is open to the public. Ask about opening hours and the level of privacy you can get in each time slot.
- Keep production light. This is a high-end setting: modular set design, no large structures and set-up at agreed times.
- Confirm catering early. With the food hall floor being converted, agree early with the gallery who will provide the catering.
- A luxury setting. A walk through the gallery is part of the experience and can be written into the running order as a private shopping moment.
