What events does the Palacio de la Margarita suit?
It is an unusual format near Madrid: a mansion with its own hotel on a large estate in the mountains. You can meet, house and feed a mid-sized group without leaving the grounds. It is part of the Marca Condal venue selection in Madrid (Marca Condal is a company in our group).
We see it as particularly well suited to leadership offsites, one or two-day team meetings, short incentives with a night in the mountains, outdoor team building and gala dinners or company lunches.

Getting there
The estate is in Collado Villalba, in the Sierra de Guadarrama, next to the A-6. For groups, a coach from central Madrid is the easiest option. Villalba has a Cercanías commuter rail station, handy for attendees travelling independently.
Production tips
- Check the minimum numbers. The listing mentions a minimum of 120 guests: confirm it for your format before you lock in a date.
- Ask for the technical sheet early. Rooms, capacities by layout and AV need confirming with the venue from the start.
- Plan for the cold. It cools down earlier in the mountains than in Madrid: arrange patio heaters or an indoor room for drinks in spring and autumn.
- Split the accommodation. With 33 bedrooms, larger groups will need a second hotel in the area.
