What events does Skypolis suit?
A private airfield allows things a hotel or congress centre cannot: unveiling a car and driving it outdoors, setting up an exhibition on an apron or opening up a whole hangar so the event spills outside. It is part of the Marca Condal venue selection (Marca Condal is a company in our group).
It suits product launches, car presentations, large-scale team building, trade show style events or exhibitions and incentive experiences. It also works for filming and branded content shoots.

Getting there
The airfield is in Ocaña, in Toledo province, next to the A-4. For an event with guests, the sensible option is to run coaches from Madrid on fixed timings.
Production tips
- Everything is built from scratch. A hangar is an empty shell: budget for staging, lighting, climate control, extra toilets and power generation from the outset.
- Work out real coach times. With large groups, loading and unloading lengthens the journey: build in a margin.
- Work around the flying. With a flight school in operation, timings, restricted areas and security are agreed with the operator.
- Mind the weather. In summer the heat on the airfield and in the hangars calls for shade, water and late-afternoon timings.
