What events does the Castillo de Viñuelas suit?
It is one of the few estates with a castle this close to Madrid: the group leaves the city and is soon out in open countryside, inside the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Regional Park. It offers three buildings for events: the castle, the Pabellón de Caza and the Pabellón Fuente Tena. That means you can run several things at once without crossing paths. It is part of the Marca Condal venue selection in Madrid (Marca Condal is a company in our group).
It works very well for large gala dinners, product launches and car presentations, family days, outdoor team building and one-day company conventions that end with dinner and a party.

Getting there
The estate is on the Carretera de Colmenar, km 20.9, in Tres Cantos, about 20 km from Madrid. For groups, the practical option is a coach from a meeting point in the city, and the on-site parking makes arriving by car easy.
Production tips
- Choose the building for the format. The castle for galas and drinks; Fuente Tena for a working day with an auditorium and rooms.
- Have a wet-weather plan. For drinks on the terraces and in the gardens, hold an indoor room or plan a marquee.
- Settle the catering early. Menu and service are worked out with the estate's catering partner: fix it when you book the date.
- Plan the transfers. With large groups, stagger coach departures for the return journey.
