The brief
Edenred was celebrating Christmas with its Madrid and Barcelona teams and wanted more than dinner with background music. The idea: guests would not be the audience, they would be the stars of the night.
What we did
- Concept and branding. We created the Edenrock Music Fest, with its own logo on screens, stage and printed materials.
- Venue. Hard Rock Cafe Madrid on Paseo de la Castellana, with a stage, sound system and rock styling that did not need inventing.
- Live band. A band played rock classics and invited guests up to sing. We set out music stands with lyrics so nobody froze.
- Food. Passed bites and platters designed around the theme, for a standing night on the move.
- Coordination. Our production team handled show calling, band timings and guest logistics.
The result
A company dinner with the energy of a gig, where the teams themselves took the stage. The format ran in Barcelona too, with the same idea and its own delivery in each city. The year before, the team had produced Edenred's table-mapping dinner at Espacio Harley.
