What events does it suit?
It is a refurbished industrial building with natural light and high ceilings in the Embajadores neighbourhood, next to Calle Ribera de Curtidores. It occupies a former carpentry workshop and combines an open-plan main hall with support spaces for registration, catering and backstage. It is part of the Marca Condal venue selection in Madrid (Marca Condal is a company in our group).
It suits meetings and seminars of 100 to 300 people, client days, half-day conventions and product presentations with a clean industrial look.

Getting there
The address is Calle de San Cayetano, 5. The nearest metro stations are La Latina (line 5), Tirso de Molina (line 1) and Embajadores (line 3). Atocha is about 15 minutes away on foot and Puerta del Sol about 500 metres.
Production tips
- Avoid Sunday mornings. The Rastro market fills the streets and complicates access and set-up.
- Check the in-house kit. Compare the venue's audiovisual inventory with your running order before hiring external equipment: many seminars need nothing more.
- Use the courtyard. It is the natural spot for guest arrivals, breaks and photos.
- Lunch in or out. There is a kitchen for catering. If you would rather the group went out, La Latina has restaurants for groups a few minutes away.
