What kind of event suits the Bernabéu?
Real Madrid's redeveloped stadium is one of the city's venues with the strongest international pull. For a group of overseas delegates or a sales network, dining in the directors' box or stepping onto the pitch creates a memory that is hard to match anywhere else.
It suits gala dinners and awards ceremonies, company conventions with a session in the Press Room, incentive travel with a premium tour and trophy photo, and product launches looking for a large-scale stage. The club also offers exclusive hire of the whole stadium for special projects.

Getting there
The stadium is on Paseo de la Castellana, with the entrance on Avenida de Concha Espina. Santiago Bernabéu metro station (line 10) is next to the stadium, and Nuevos Ministerios, with line 8 direct to the airport, is one stop away. Chamartín, with AVE high-speed trains, is a few minutes by taxi. For groups, coach is the easiest option: agree the access gate with the club.
Production tips
- Dates. The fixture list and the stadium's major events come first. Request availability many months ahead, with alternative dates.
- Security and access. A stadium has its own access protocols. Guest, supplier and vehicle lists are closed well in advance.
- Exclusive catering. The club works with its own caterer. We design the menu within that offer.
- An experience before dinner. The premium tour and trophy photo work as a welcome while the set-up is finished.

Around the stadium you have meeting hotels such as the NH Collection Eurobuilding and the Meliá Castilla. Further south along the Castellana is the InterContinental Madrid.
