What kind of event suits Green Patio?
Green Patio is a space designed to be transformed. It does not carry the historic weight of a palace, and that is precisely its advantage: it is a blank canvas for brands that want to build their own stage, with large rooms, one of them 9 metres high, a terrace and parking.
It suits product launches, showrooms and pop-up shops, company conventions of up to 450 people with parallel sessions, client days and gala dinners with bespoke staging. It is part of the selection of venues in Madrid curated by Marca Condal, a company in our group.

Getting there
Green Patio is at Calle de Salamanca 23, in the Tetuán district. The Madrid Convention Bureau gives Estrecho (line 1) and Santiago Bernabéu (line 10) as the reference metro stations. Chamartín, with AVE high-speed trains, is a few minutes by taxi, and the airport about 13 km away. The on-site car park is a real plus for events where many guests arrive by car.
Production tips
- Choose the room by ceiling height. The Imprenta, at 9 metres, leaves room for structures and large-format LED screens; rigging and load limits are confirmed with the venue. The Garage, at 3 metres, is better suited to exhibitions or catering.
- Design the guest journey. A launch works better when guests move through different zones: arrival, demo, presentation and drinks. The building makes that possible.
- Make the most of the parking. With more than 200 spaces, you can offer parking to guests and suppliers. Include it in the invitation.
What pairs well nearby
To accommodate the group, the NH Collection Eurobuilding and the Meliá Castilla are in the northern stretch of the Castellana. For a sporting experience, the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is close by.
