What kind of event suits Negralejo?

It is a complex of about 30,000 m² set around an 18th-century palace that was a summer residence for Madrid's nobility in the Henares valley. The former cellars, stables, granaries and houses now form 11 spaces, with gardens, courtyards and outdoor areas for drinks receptions. Its advantage is scale, with an in-house kitchen. It is part of the Marca Condal venue selection in Madrid (Marca Condal is a company in our group).

It suits gala dinners and company Christmas dinners, company conventions with a plenary and lunch on the same site, family days and team building activities in the gardens.

Getting there

The address is Carretera de San Fernando a Mejorada, km 3, in Rivas-Vaciamadrid. There is no practical public transport for groups: we recommend coaches from the hotel or from a meeting point in Madrid, with staggered return times if the dinner runs late.

Production tips

Choose the space for your real numbers. The Pérgola is very large. For 400 people, the Rosaleda feels fuller and has a better atmosphere.
Exclusive use for large groups. The estate can host several events at once: if you share it, agree entrances and circulation areas with the venue.
Coach logistics. With more than 1,000 guests, organise coach bays, timings and coordination staff at departure.
Weather. Plan heating or ventilation depending on the season and the space you choose.

What pairs well nearby

If the programme includes a day in the city, a plenary at IFEMA Madrid or the Gran Teatro CaixaBank Príncipe Pío followed by dinner at Negralejo makes a good combination.

According to its Madrid Convention Bureau listing, the estate hosts up to 3,500 guests. The 1,793 m² Pérgola takes 1,640 people for a banquet and 3,500 for a reception, and the Rosaleda 450 for a banquet, 800 for a reception and 480 theatre-style.

Does it have in-house catering?

Yes. The food is its own, specialising in Basque-Castilian cuisine with traditional and international options. We settle the booking terms with the venue for each proposal.

Can several events run at once?

Yes: the MCB listing says the estate can hold several events at the same time with privacy. For large conventions it is worth requesting exclusive use.

Is there parking?

The estate has three large private car parks, useful for coaches and guests' cars.
