What kind of event suits the Teatro Eslava?
A historic theatre in the centre covers two needs at once: it has a stage, lighting and sound designed for performance, and it gives guests a place with history. The Eslava opened in 1871 on Calle del Arenal, about two minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol. It has LED screens on stage and in the boxes, screen totems on the façade and at the entrance, a DJ set and live-streaming capability.
We suggest it for staged product launches, awards ceremonies, standing gala dinners with a show, start-of-year sales kick-offs and company parties. For live entertainment, the group works with Mr. Fenómeno, which performs in Madrid.

Getting there
The theatre is at Calle del Arenal, 11, next to Puerta del Sol. Metro stations are Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, plus Cercanías commuter rail with direct links to Atocha and Chamartín) and Ópera (lines 2 and 5). The surrounding streets are pedestrianised or have restricted traffic: guests arrive on foot from Sol or from an agreed coach drop-off point.
Production tips
- Use the stage infrastructure. A theatre already has rigging for lighting and sound. Your budget can focus on content, screens and entertainment.
- Plan the format change. If you move from a seated audience to a reception, set the timings and decide which areas are reset while the group is elsewhere.
- Load-in in a pedestrian zone. Vehicle access hours in the centre are limited. Fit the build schedule to those windows.
- Cloakroom and access control. With 500 people at a winter reception, the cloakroom needs dedicated staff and space.
